I partner with others, leaders, teams, those of us showing up, and communities to live and work better together.
My work focuses on creating space - space to think clearly, navigate complexity, and move toward meaningful action in relationship with others.
Where this work comes from
I came to this work through years of leading large, community-based public institutions. In those roles, I experienced firsthand the tension leaders carry—aligning vision with practice, navigating conflict, and building cultures where people can thrive together.
Over time, my work extended beyond my those I worked with directly. I was invited to support other leadership teams through strategic planning, conflict navigation, and the design of learning experiences that moved people from insight into action.
What began as part of my role has become my focus: helping people live work better together in ways that are both practical and deeply human.
My approach
I believe that how we work together matters as much as what we accomplish.
Much of my work centers on authenticity—not as an individual trait, but as a shared capacity. When people are able to show up honestly, listen well, and stay grounded in what matters, trust grows, conflict becomes productive, and meaningful progress becomes possible.
This work is not about quick fixes. It is about creating the conditions for clarity, alignment, and action—especially in moments of complexity, tension, or transition.
